Local SEO is a SEO strategy that helps business to be more visible in local search results on Google and Google Maps.
Local SEO is a branch of SEO that consists in developing a strategy that increases visibility in local search results on Google.

Any business that has a physical location or serves a geographic area can benefit from local SEO. If you search Google for any important keywords related to your business and a map with 3 listings appears underneath it (also known as a map pack), then local SEO can help you grow your business.

How does it work?

First approach

In the first call, we introduce to each other, talk about your project and I will help you to understand what is local SEO, how does it works and which results you can expect of our local SEO services.

I also will explain you in detail which local SEO strategy we are going to follow to make your business grow.

Strategy

Our system is divided in two different phases: the audit phase that lasts 3 months, and the follow up phase that comes after the audit during an undefined period of time.

Sometimes there can be slight changes, but most of times this is how it is going to work.

Local SEO Audit

In my strategy, the initial local seo audit lasts three months, and is a process during which we solve pre-existing problems that can negatively impact your positioning on Google Maps.

These actions, combined with an optimization of your google my business account, the creation of listings and certain technical modifications on your website will have a very positive impact on your local positioning.

Monthly follow-up

Once the first three months have passed and the most important changes and optimizations have been made, the audit stage has concluded. The second stage consists of making small improvements, increasing listings, being informed about changes in Google and making small improvements on the web.

This phase requires less investment of time on my part, so the price drops considerably.

Monthly calls

During both stages (audit and monthly monitoring) we will make monthly calls to discuss the progress, the actions that must be done by your team and analyze the results.

It is important to do monthly calls to coordinate SEO strategies with the changes that must be made on the website, which will have a direct impact on rankings.

Measure results

In a weekly basis we measure and analyze results to check the impact that has our local SEO techniques on your rankings. The main key performance indicators are :

1.Organic Traffic coming from Google Maps.
2. Calls coming from Google Maps.
3. SERP ranking in the selected areas.

The benefits of local SEO for your business

Quick results

One of the main differences between classic SEO services and local SEO, is that on classic SEO services we have to wait around 6 months to see important results, while on local SEO we usually have positive results in less than 90 days.

Cost effective

Local SEO is one of the most cost effective investments in marketing, since it's quite cheaper than doing SEO or ads on Google, Bing or social media.

This is one of the main reasons why is a perfect tool for local business and small companies.

Easy changes

While traditional SEO requires many changes to the website (in most cases implemented by developers) and a considerable investment in links and copywriting, local SEO requires much less actions on your side and can be applied by anyone who has a basic knowledge of the operation of a web page.
